Insuide, a boutique company engineering innovative solutions for the Aviation industry, will provide Adani Airport Holdings Ltd (AAHL), India’s fastest growing airport operator, a comprehensive, end-to-end airport experience platform called WiseFly. Wisefly aims to digitise and enhance the traveller experience by offering unprecedented features to travellers, tenants, and airport administration.

AAHL manages seven airports in India, namely Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Mangaluru, Jaipur, Guwahati and Thiruvananthapuram. These airports will join the growing list of WiseFly’s marquee clients such as all nineteen Angkasa Pura II airports in Indonesia, Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila, Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport in Budapest, Sharjah Airport, Cochin International Airport and Amman’s Queen Alia International Airport.

“WiseFly’s goal is to provide total convenience at the traveller’s fingertips, which is essential for the aviation industry now more than ever. WiseFly’s system and underlying technology are perfectly suited for business-as-usual as well as extenuating scenarios such as during the pandemic. It aims at making airports #ReadyForTheFuture by providing tools to manage all entities, activities within the airport (staff, vendors, travellers) while ensuring the end-user, i.e., the traveller’s experience is not only interactive and engaging but brings value such as wait-times computation and turn-byturn navigation inbuilt with Augmented Reality (AR)”, said Sandeep Anand, CTO and cofounder, Insuide Technologies and chief architect of WiseFly.

With a directory of over 450 global airports and more added every week, WiseFly is the first all-inclusive platform of its kind with voice interaction and guidance via multiple options of accessible routes for specially-abled users that provides airports direct communication with travellers, staff and vendors alike”. Equipped with an in-house R&D, WiseFly has planned SLAM (Simultaneous localisation and Mapping), Augmented Analytics, drone-based delivery, Smart GH equipment tracking and assignment system with AI in its 2022-23 roadmap.
